Are your dog treats organic?

Yes. The complete range of our dog treats are organic. And that means our suppliers production methods are free from artificial chemicals, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, hormones and antibiotics or any other nasties. Farming livestock thrive in a rich, naturally fertilised, bioactive soil that is free range and grass fed in a water efficient and biodiverse environment. We firmly believe in the benefits of farming organically. We understand that nature knows best.

Are your products sustainably sourced? 

Yes. We source our products from our suppliers in a manner that is socially and environmentally responsible, while still being economically sound. 

Are sweeteners added to your natural dog treats?

No. We do not add sweeteners to any of our natural dog treats. They are just good old fashioned single meat ingredients, your dog will absolutely love them.

Are your organic dog treats grain free?

Yes. All Byron Bay Doggie Treats are Grain Free. Why? Because they are a natural single meat ingredient.

Are the ingredients used in your dog treats Australian?

Yes. All our complete product range is hand made in small batches, close to where the food is grown here in Australia. We use 100% natural Australian single meat ingredients. 

Can your dog treats be used as training rewards?

Yes. Our dog treats are a great training reward. Because many of the treats can easily be broken down into much smaller sizes, they are brilliant for puppy training.

Do Byron Bay Doggie Treats natural dog treats contain Gluten?

No. Because all our dog treats are an organic single meat ingredient, they are Gluten Free.

Can I feed these natural dog treats as a complete meal replacement?

No. Our wholesome treats are supplementary to your doggie’s balanced healthy diet.

My dog has a sensitive stomach, which treat would you recommend?

We would recommend the Organic Dried Lamb Puffs.

Does your natural dog shampoo contain chemicals?

No! Our 2 in 1 dog shampoo & conditioner does not contain chemicals. We only use natural, organic ingredients in our unique formula.

How often should I bathe my dog with Byron Bay Doggie Treats 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner?

This would depend on your dog’s coat type, skin and odour. Some dog breeds require more frequent bathing than others. Our 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner is specifically formulated to be gentle enough to use as often as needed.

Would washing my dog with your 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner often, strip all the natural oils from my dogs skin and coat?

Not at all! Our 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner contains moisturising ingredients that are rich in Australian botanicals and essential oils. These in turn provide intensive hydration to your dog’s skin and coat. This is why our grooming salon outlets buy in bulk from us as their customers rave about our product.

Does your 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner contain Palm Oil or fillers?

No. Byron Bay Doggie Treats pride ourselves on being a strong advocate for sustainability and therefore refuse to use Palm Oil in our 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner. We believe in providing your best friend with 100% naturally derived, cruelty-free, pet friendly, pH balanced product.

My dog has sensitive skin. Will your 2 in 1 shampoo irritate his skin?

Our multitasker 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner helps to relieve inflamed, irritated skin. It will help to soothe and hydrate the most sensitive of any dogs skin and coat.

What are Parabens?

Parabens are synthetic chemicals that are used as preservatives in a variety of products. These include pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food. Parabens can cause skin sensitivity which can cause allergic reactions.

Does your 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner create a lustrous soft lather whilst washing my dog?

Yes, and it will leave your dogs coat shiny and beautiful.

How do I apply Flea The Scene to my dogs coat?

Spray Flea The Scene onto your dogs coat whilst gently massaging. Alternatively, back comb your dog’s coat whilst spraying directly onto skin and coat.

Can Flea The Scene be used as a deodoriser for my dog and dog’s bedding?

Yes. Flea The Scene can be used as a deodoriser (Dry Bath) on your dog and sprayed around and directly onto your doggie’s bed. It can also be used as a lovely room freshener! 

How does Flea The Scene help my Dogs skin issues?

Flea The Scene helps soothe and protect inflamed sensitive skin. 

Is Flea The Scene Spray safe for my dog to lick?

Yes. We only use natural organic botanicals and essential oils.

Does your Flea The Scene deter biting and irritating insects?

Whilst it is a mild and gentle formula for doggies, it is a natural barrier to those annoying insects.
