Our Guarantee:

We guarantee the items you purchase will reach you in good condition. If they do not or you are not completely satisfied with them for any reason, please return the item to us (within 30 days of receipt) and we will replace or refund the full cost of the item. Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the item was damaged or we shipped you the wrong product. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item.

Whenever you provide personal information through access to, or usage of, the Byron Bay Dog Products Pty Ltd (trading as Byron Bay Doggie Treats) website, other Byron Bay Dog Products Pty Ltd branded communication channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc.) or through our Terms and Conditions Trade, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy statement.

DELIVERY

Delivery times generally range between 2- 5 business days for most metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for some regional areas. Please make allowances for the Covid regulations affecting freight. Byron bay doggie treats uses a variety of methods to deliver based on the best time and cost for your specific address.  In some instances, you may be asked to sign for receipt of your goods. 

We use courier services to ship your order and therefore you must supply a street address, as PO boxes are unable to be delivered to. Our couriers that deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Delivery times are generally during business hours. During your checkout process there will be a special delivery instructions comment box, if you have any special requests.  We strive to provide the best customer service but can’t guarantee that your special requests will be fulfilled.  Delivery times may be subject to the availability of stock and conflict with public holidays, so in some instances you order may be delayed due to these conditions.

Please check the website of the courier named in your invoice, with your tracking number, to receive up to the minute advice on the status of your shipment.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Satisfaction guarantee and returns policy.

We know that your dog will love the Byron bay doggie treats treats and essentials range. If, you’re unhappy with your purchase, believe the goods are faulty, or the goods are not as described, then please return the unused portion of your goods to us at PO Box 1735, byron bay NSW 2481, outlining the reason you are unhappy with your purchase, along with a copy of your receipt and your contact details for a full refund of your purchase price.

We value your business but caution that once a transaction has been processed on our website you are not able to cancel your order.   You may, however, contact us to change incorrect information (e.g. your address) that is essential to your order being delivered.
